● Co-led Workato Development tying in AAD to provision and de-provision employees. Automatically grant or remove membership access and build new hire profiles. 
● Co-led system integrations between company’s HRIS and Workplace using custom Workato recipes. 
● Built data pipelines from Cognos dataware house to on-prem SQL servers with store procedures and mapping tables. Created a central pipeline for all downstream apps. 
● Automated metric reporting for 5,000 current employees. Showing historical data and using predictive algorithms for future metrics, written in DAX. Used Python for data piping, SQL data querying, PowerBI for visualizations. 
● Backend system testing for new system integrations. Ensuring code would be able to scale to our employees before pushing to production. 
● Built out multiple processes to automate data streams from off prem data warehouse to increase company access to data. 
● Led training courses in SQL, database creation, data querying, PowerBi, and DAX. 
● Started working on an internal chatbot using NLP libraries to automate HR tasks.
