Over two years, I honed my customer service skills as a server at Cactus Club, ensuring memorable dining experiences for guests in a fast-paced environment. Building on this, my year-long tenure as a bartender at Boston Pizza further refined my customer service abilities and expanded my knowledge of beverage service.
