Alexandre is a business executive and organizational agile coach with a proven track record across 20 years of building high performance teams. 

Alexandre was mentored by Mike Beedle and Jeff Sutherland, co-creators of the Agile Manifesto. He brings their unique perspective together with his own experience with dozens of agile transformations.

He is a Scrum Lean Foundation Educator with Scrum Alliance®, and a skilled change agent with experience in Kaizen and continuous improvement.

Framework agnostic, Alexandre have experience with Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and many other, like LeSS, Scrum@Scale to help enterprise of all size adopt the fit-for-purpose business agility they need to achieve business value and customer satisfaction.

For over 15 years Alexandre is helping people, team and organization of any size make the mindset shifts needed to achieve high performance and deliver value. Facilitation

Alexandre is able to manage any communication process for group of people of any size.  He has an extensive experience of leading Open Space session or other Value Mapping session and team chartering. Alexandre could also be an asset for any leader or team when meeting go awry.  His facilitation and lean visualization tool kit always help any stakeholder to benefit of his experience where sessions were adjusted to challenging environment.  For instance, he has helped team and organization in the banking industry solving crisis with participatory decision making one day event that resulted into a clear action plan for team to go on make it happen.

Organizational Design

Alexandre has participated in dozens of agile transformations that required is organization level strategy and vision activation support.   He is well verse and into helping you compose with any structural change for Org Design and Business transformation, including Digital transformation all drawbacks together.  Alexandre will help you see the benefit of Kaizen® or OST and have your team collaborate into a shared vision towards tactical activation from the agreed design.
