At Perfect Fit Closets, I am responsible for setting up dealer accounts by creating profiles in our internal CRM system (Pipedrive) which I post regularly with various client-related information; updating accounts, and reporting weekly progression to management. I correspond with clients through virtual meetings, e-mails, and phone conversations. I confidently execute sales negotiations and correspondence with our clients while maintaining relationships and building connections with new ones. In this role I have learned the power of information sharing, eliminating second-guessing, and giving the clients exactly what they seek with clear step-by-step instructions.
Staying organized is necessary as this position requires strong attention to detail and is essential to help clients feel secure in our partnerships. Creating Excel spreadsheets and staying up to date with our CRM allows me to prioritize tasks and allow room for new ones in a fast-paced environment.
When difficult situations arise, I can track the current task I am on so I can come back to it once I can problem-solve the current issue. Attention to our processes is a daily task in order to make sure the various departments are communicating important information about clients with no interruptions. So, discussing how operations are unfolding with my superiors allows me to tackle the pertinent problems we are dealing with in a timely matter.

Administrative Assistant
At Archie Johnstone Plumbing & heating, I was responsible for building operations and maintenance manuals through FOXIT and Excel spreadsheets. I organized the manuals on Excel spreadsheets and then filed each manual according to their job number. I extrapolated information from the spreadsheets and combined manuals to provide to clients and contractors to help make their jobs easier with clear instructions and direction.
I was also responsible for managing all company devices; I implemented JAMF (Just Another Management Framework) and Apple Business Manager software to enable a proper management system. I researched these platforms extensively to ensure they fit the company's needs. I built strong relationships with providers of these applications and was accountable for maintaining those relationships and ensuring processes run smoothly.
As an administrative assistant, I was responsible for sourcing information for the right team members and records management. I proactively identified inefficiencies in past documents and ideated strategies for problem-solving for upper management.

General Manager
As General Manager, I was responsible for the daily operations of the fitness facility. I implemented organization methods for tracking customers, invoicing, inventory, reconciliations, and records management. As a new business, the implementation of processes was the main priority. I collaborated with outside sources, for example, insurance companies, so that we could provide our clients with a high level of customer service.
Building strong relationships with our clients and providers was essential to the business's success. I excelled in this due to my interpersonal skills. Listening, Understanding, and Responding are skills necessary in this position since your dealing with a team of individuals internally and accommodating the external needs of clients.
