Aliza Budhathoki

I am Aliza Budhathoki, A international Registered Nurse and a Developmental Service Worker.  For several years I have focused my career path and academic pursuits on learning and developing those all-important skills necessary to be great in this type of role. As a personal mission, I strive to empower and improve others’ outlooks and circumstances.

I am a certified Registered Nurse and I am currently in my last semester as a developmental service worker. I believe being genuine and nurturing, along with being professional and driven, is an essential combination for people in my field. My experience in helping people with developmental disabilities has been invaluable. I have a great passion for helping people with disabilities. Additionally, my abilities extend to customer service and communication with proficient interpersonal. Working with people from diverse backgrounds has provided me with a deep understanding and awareness of differences in both individuals and organizations. This quality will help to support Community Living’s mission while reflecting positively on the professionalism and competencies of its employees.

Worked in-home care and provided qualified preventative, rehabilitative, and therapeutic care in the home environment. Conducted mental health webinar with mental health consultant Khazu Singh Thakuri organized by Fitness and Wellbeing. Experienced Registered Nurse with expertise in medical, surgical, and orthopedic wards, Served as a Ward In-Charge for a month, leading a team of healthcare professionals.Provided a range of patient care services, including medication administration, sterile dressing changes, IV therapy, wound assessments, and more. Demonstrated clinical excellence and compassionate care to patients, resulting in positive outcomes.

I am currently studying in my last semester for a diploma degree in developmental services working and am an internationally certified registered nurse with a  proficiency certificate level in nursing.
