Ally Rhodes

My name is Alexandria Rhodes, I have completed a BA in Psychology and my bachelor of Social Work. I have 8 years experience working in social services working with individuals with intellectual disabilities in residential and vocational settings.

- A leadership role as the sole full time counsellor in a small options home.

- Connecting clients to appropriate supports and service for health and social needs.

- I provided supports and skill development to clients with intellectual and physical disabilities.  
- I assisted in conflict resolution for clients

- Ensuring contracts were completed on time with adequate quality control.

- Supervising the completion of client contractions  
- Supported the client learning and development of skills needed for new contracts.  
- Training staff on new contracts and how to manage client production.
