Alveera Chwla

 I am a Guelph University graduate, with a major in Psychology. I began by marketing for luxury brands on the weekends, while I studied and went to University during the week. Sales and customer service later grew into an area of greater interest, as I started working with different brands and companies throughout the years. I believe my professional background and training make me an ideal candidate for a position with your company. 

I also have relevant customer service experience, having worked as a Senior Credit Advisor for Royal Bank of Canada, Technical Support Advisor at Apple, and Quality Assurance Agent at Rogers Communications. I have also worked alongside many big-box vendors, and have been in various customer service and marketing roles throughout the past eight years. Through these marketing campaigns, I have been able to acquire brand development and customer satisfaction skills, which would contribute to making me a better employee for you. 

During the pandemic when many jobs were shut down, I had started an online E-commerce business, which is now being operated by a smaller team. I launched in August of 2020, and operated solely for the first year. I employed self-strategized marketing techniques through different branding campaigns, to increase sales and achieve a sustainable competitive advantage through the market. I have learned many useful skills that I could apply to your corporation, as I am now seeking further opportunities.
