I’m an experienced professional in the residential development sector with comprehensive knowledge of Tarion regulations and construction performance guidelines. I excel in conducting residential warranty inspections and technical audits, consistently adhering to industry best practices. Proficient in using Salesforce and NewStar Enterprise, I contribute to the efficient management and administration of various site offices.

I have working experience in the residential development and warranty sector with two leading developers in Toronto, namely Tridel and The Madison Group. At Tridel, I learned to make assessments on requests for our warranty service using the Tarion Construction Performance Guidelines to see what is and what isn’t covered under the warranty as well as the acceptable performance or condition of a particular finish or deficiency. During my time at Madison, I was assigned to the Nobu Residences team in Toronto performing administrative duties on Salesforce and responding to various customer inquiries. Another aspect of the role involved performing weekly in-suite PDI checks and key releases.

I majored in Political Science at Western for my undergrad and I really enjoyed my time there because I was able to cross paths with a lot of motivated peers and mentors who wanted to help me out. I think the versatile nature of the program and the flexibility to take a lot of electives fuelled my intellectual curiosity and provided me with the tools to think critically, I learned to approach problems from various angles and think independently but also learn from the diversity of perspectives among my classmates. The critical thinking and interdisciplinary approach they cultivated in the program allowed me to make informed opinions and make sound judgments like when reading the news.
