• Communication - It is very important to maintain a proper etiquette and stay on the same page of understanding with the athletes to avoid confusion.

==> Additional Comments: I have gained a good amount of new knowledge in regards to ways in how to instruct athletes to properly warm-up, stretch, and exercise, all depending on the type of sport that they are preparing for.
