Amal Jaballi

As a graduate in Cellular and Molecular Biology, I have the necessary academic background to contribute competently to your research team. I have extensive experience working in designing and executing troubleshooting experiments, strong organizational skills, willingness to learn and attention to details.

I’m a master student in the final step of my graduate study. My experience researching and writing my graduate paper-has helped me develop and fine-tune the skills necessary for a full-time research position. On the technical side, I have extensive experience working in designing and executing troubleshooting experiments, strong organizational skills, willingness to learn and attention to details. 

Through my experience, I have become familiar with general molecular biology techniques including protein extraction, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, immunoblotting, mRNA and DNA extraction and quantifying gene expression.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience working in a biotechnology laboratory for the past three years. Being able to mix a graduate education with original research in a proper laboratory has been a fantastic opportunity that gives me a solid foundation upon which to make an immediate and meaningful contribution at your lab. As accomplishments hint, I am quite proud of the research I’ve undertaken as I participated in the establishment of my supervisor’s new lab.
