• Record all inventory changes periodically and input all transactions in Microsoft dynamics365 and G-Sheet.
• Update the ERP system and do transactions.
• Ensured inventory accuracy in Microsoft Dynamics365 with regular cycle counts and month end counts. 
• Manage inventory transfer between departments and different branches.
• Monitored the incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.

• Help launching RFC scanner in Montreal fulfilment and distribution facility.

• Prepare Transfer Orders, Bills of landing for GoodFood’s other facilities.

• Promptly communicate significant inventory changes to all departments.
• Run reports to allow proactivity on stock quantities.
• Receive Purchase Orders and Transfer Orders from Vendors or Goodfood’s other Facility.
• Check and verify the quality of product received and update it to the buyer and Food Safety Manager.
• Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure pickups are ready for all carriers.
• Qualified to operate forklifts and knowledge of other material handling devices such as pallet jacks, Walkie.
