I have more than 20 plus years experience working in Health Care.  I have worked across all areas and with all levels of employee's in hospital settings.  I thrive working in a fast paced environment and when I am able to use my knowledge and skills in employee development, strategizing with leaders and develop human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information.  I have multifaceted experience in human resources including full cycle recruitment, talent management, employee relations, benefits, strategic operations, develop and implement processes and procedures, coordinating fund raisers and building and maintaining partnerships with all key stakeholders.

Education

I have by Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy focusing on Ethics and Argumentation Theory.  I have Successfully obtained CHRP designation.
