My background includes supervising retail operations at Shoppers Drug Mart, delivering bilingual support to business clients at Rogers Communications, managing high-volume scheduling and insurance billing at Sydney Health and Performance, and providing hospitality service at Jet Set Pub. Across all roles, I have built a reputation for being reliable, solutions-oriented, and exceptionally organized. In both administrative and customer-focused settings, I excel at managing information, supporting clients with clarity and empathy, and optimizing day-to-day processes. I am comfortable using a wide range of systems, adapting quickly to new tools, and communicating effectively across departments—skills that translate seamlessly into remote work.
