I’m an enthusiastic and dedicated recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Sports Studies seeking a challenging and dynamic role in the sports industry. Currently, I work in match day operations for CF Montreal. My role is to direct members to their seats, answer members' questions and needs, control access areas as well as scan tickets at the entrance. I am also working at the ticket box office for the Montreal Alouettes Canadian Football League team. With my bachelor's degree in sports studies, I want to grow in the sports industry and I dedicate these game days to asking questions and gathering as much knowledge as possible to provide the best service to members.Furthermore, for the last three years of work at Costco, my primary position was customer service doing cashiering and occasionally packing while meeting the statistical expectations of our superiors. I gained experience in a fast-paced environment where communication and teamwork are very important. In addition, when there were needs in other departments, I worked in the bakery and merchandising in the evening. In the department, my duty was to achieve Costco's marketing objectives. In other words, I had to inform the members and sell them the membership cards as well as the credit card. I also had to raise funds during fundraising periods for organizations supported by Costco.

Sports have always played a huge part of my life. I am now a recent graduate from Bishop's University with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Studies with a double concentration in Business & Society and Athletic Development. In high school, I was in a ski/snowboard concentration to stay active during my studies as well as develop further skills in different sports.
