● Ensure that all inbound and outbound shipments are coordinated with respective staff at each shipping destination
● Assists drivers with problems/issues as issues arise (during the day or at the end of the route).
● Update customers on the status of their deliveries including any delays that occur
● Maintain vehicle operator work records using computerized or manual methods and ensure timesheets and payroll summaries are completed accurately.
