I have studied Associate of Science and then worked as a Technical Support Advisor and Medical Office Assistant. I have exceptional customer service skills and technical skills in the related field. I love helping people by offering solutions for their needs and fulfilling their experiences.

I have experience in diverse fields that can add value to organizations. Working as Cashier/Barista helped me learn about interacting with customers to provide an excellent experience. Further, I worked as Credit Union Customer Service Specialist and then Technical Support Advisor with Teleperformance and Transcom. All of my experiences so far have taught me that customers and clients are seeking solutions and once their needs are fulfilled, their trust grows in the organization and the services they are getting that adds value to their life on a daily basis which in return adds value to the firm to keep on adding values to more lives.

I studied Associate of Science at Douglas College, where I did most of my science courses including, sports science, mathematics, web development, and chemistry.
