I am a hardworking and motivated individual who recently completed a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion at Cambrian College in Sudbury, Ontario. With hands-on experience in both the fitness and service industries, I bring strong physical endurance, a safety-first mindset, and a reliable work ethic. I am WHMIS and First Aid certified, and I have experience supporting team operations in active environments. I’m now looking to start my career in construction, where I can contribute to meaningful projects, learn new skills, and grow within the industry.

I have practical experience in construction and renovation through my work with HS Construction and Renovation in Greater Sudbury. I assisted with site preparation, material handling, and basic tool operations, while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. In addition, I have supported physical tasks through roles in the fitness and service industries, demonstrating strong stamina, teamwork, and reliability. I recently completed a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Cambrian College and hold WHMIS and First Aid certifications. I am ready to contribute to physically demanding roles and grow within the construction field.
