A Post graduate diploma holder in Construction project management and Bachelors in Civil Engineering, with a strong desire to work in the construction industry.

I have one year of work experience as civil daughter at a Civil engineering Consultancy. Worked on drafting legal drawings of industrial buildings using Auto-cad for permit and license services. Prepared quotations and work proposals, as well as request for quote. Managed records on invoice and bills in Microsoft excels. I had a fantastic opportunity to improve my technical, communication, and organizational abilities, thanks to this job experience. The interaction with clients improved my social abilities as well.

My main objective is to actively participate in the construction stream. I'm a committed and diligent individual, and I have a never-ending desire for learning and discovering new things.

As of now I'm looking for any student positions available for co-op 2024 to initiate my career in Canada and highly appreciate any leads from my connections.

I have gained diverse work experience in the construction industry, encompassing roles that have honed my skills in project planning, cost estimation, and technical drawing. Currently, I am involved in a WIL Project where I assist in defining project deliverables, monitoring project costs, and developing schedules using MS Project. My previous role as a Summer Student in Subway Maintenance with the Toronto Transit Commission allowed me to ensure the safe operation of subway stations and provide exceptional customer service. As a Civil Draughtsperson at ME Designers, I developed detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD, conducted on-site inspections, and successfully obtained over 30 permits and licenses. Additionally, my internship as a Project Coordinator at Forus Builders involved overseeing the bidding process, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects were completed on time and within budget. This broad range of experiences has equipped me with strong technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills essential for success in construction project management.

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Project Management from Lambton College in Toronto, which I completed in April 2024. This advanced diploma program provided me with comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in project planning, cost estimation, and risk management. Additionally, I have a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from MET’s School of Engineering, affiliated with A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University in India, which I earned in June 2022. My education has equipped me with a strong foundation in civil engineering principles, technical drawing, and construction project management, enabling me to effectively contribute to various construction projects and initiatives.
