Permanently seconded to Jaguar Land Rover ( working on a seven figure globally renowned partnership
running for almost 70 years Based within the Communications Team at JLR to deliver external communication
activations, whilst also working closely with the Sustainability and HR Team.
 

• Leading on coordinating projects between BRC, IFRC and JLR to ensure the partnership meets KPIs
• Leading on engag ing 40,000 employees, working with multiple international market s, as well as 6 UK sites
• Supporting with the implementation of JLR’s new Sustainability Strategy, embedding the Red Cross in this

• Stewarding a portfolio of over 40 major donors including corporates, trusts, and individuals,
• Stewarding relationships with long-term donors, some with a total giving of over £1,000,000
• Managing a long-term global partnership with Herbert Smith Freehills
  - Partnership worth £2,000,000 over five years
  - Engaged 13 new countries with the partnership, leading all Account Manager meetings
  - Uplifted donations in the UK from £30,000 to £100,000 in Jan-Sept 2021
• Delivering CRM partnerships with Rapha Racing Ltd and PANGAIA, up to the value of £80,000
• Facilitating internationally restricted donations through multiple stakeholders, up to a value of £250,000
• Pitching for three-year partnership worth £150,000 with Euromonitor (increased annual income in 2021 from £50,000 to £100,000)
• Secured new multi-year unrestricted partnership with law firm, Travers Smith
• Leading on a strategy to engage the Board with Corporate Fundraising in order to generate new business
• Organising a new business panel discussion event with the International Treasurer, the UK Executive Director, and a Head of Mission (event had to be cancelled last minute due to COVID-19)
• Led to the implementation of a stand-alone Corporate Partnerships Team for the first time ever at MSF UK

Fundraising Lead for INGO, Collective Aid (MAY 2019 -- OCT 2019)

Working in an INGO basedbased in ,Belgrade, supporting displaced people in the Balkans and Calais. Operating inin a range of frontline settings. Operating in a range of frontline settings, including leading as Supervisor at the Azadi Community Centre in Obrenovac Transit Camp. I also held the role of first ever Fundraising Lead for Collective Aid.

• Writing a fundraising strategy and building strong prospect pipelines
• Writing proposals and securing a multi-year grant from LUSH to fully fund a humanitarian project
• Supporting Communications by creating informative and engaging content for website updates, newsletter publications, and developing a Social Media Strategy

Corporate Fundraiser at the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity RMCC) (JAN 2018 APRIL 2019)

Establishing employee engagement opportunities within volunteering and fundraising. Also leading on new business applications for a range of partnerships.
 

• Secured LinkedIn as Charity of the Year 2017, raising in £110,000
• Writing applications including getting to pitch stage with St James’ Place for a donation worth £400,000, and for Credit Suisse’s Charity of the Year, worth up to £600,000 (reached the final six out of an initial 50)
• Leading all corporate volunteering and challenge events, working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager on all digital stewardship. This ranged from managing 50 runners at the Royal Parks Half Marathon, to designing a bespoke corporate Dodgeball Tournament.
