I am a passionate instructional designer who has been involved in every phase and every role in learning program development. I am known for my attention to detail, never missing deadlines, and creating impactful learning activities and assessments. With my knowledge of adult learning, learner-centred philosophy, authoring tools, learning management systems, and Business Administration, I am well-equipped to create engaging learning experiences for any modality.

Throughout my career, I have been involved in every phase and every role in learning program development, including managing a learning program at an international university and facilitating complex leadership training to middle managers at a multinational company. My knowledge of adult learning, learner-centred philosophy, authoring tools, learning management systems, and Business Administration equips me to create engaging learning experiences for any modality. 

I have an education background in Business and Economics. I completed the Master in International Business program at University of South Australia in 2010.
