I have over 20 years of experience across a variety of industries, beginning my career in retail sales and management. I spent two years in the painting industry as a Sales Coordinator, where I handled proposals, bids, sales support, and a wide range of administrative responsibilities. I also worked 4.5 years in the agriculture industry as a Customer Service Representative for Trouw Nutrition. In that role, I managed diverse administrative tasks, coordinated closely with trucking companies and multiple mill departments, and built strong, lasting relationships with customers and sales teams.
Education
I earned my certification in Business and Office Administration, along with additional training in Medical Terminology, from Career College. Throughout my career, I’ve continued to build my skills by completing ongoing courses in Microsoft Office, Canva, and modern customer service techniques. I’m proactive about staying current in an ever‑changing digital world and regularly take advantage of free online learning opportunities through the Edmonton Public Library and LinkedIn Learning.
