I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, major in Business Management, and an Associate degree in Office Administration.
My experience includes working as a Virtual Executive Assistant and Receptionist for an Australian company, where I handle scheduling, email coordination, payroll and timesheet checks, supplier and client communication, and system management using tools like Xero, Ascora, CRM platforms, and company websites. I’m used to supporting teams remotely and keeping daily operations organized and running smoothly.
Previously, I worked in property management and corporate office settings as an Administrative Assistant and Front Desk Receptionist, handling records management, meeting coordination, visitor management, and general clerical duties. I’ve also supported creative and digital teams, assisting with social media management, content coordination, virtual events, and basic photo and video editing.
Overall, my experience is focused on administrative operations, executive support, and business coordination, and I’m known for being organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and reliable, especially in roles that require independent work and clear communication.
Education
I completed an Associate degree in Business Administration, major in Office Administration, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, major in Business Management, both from De La Salle University–Dasmariñas. My education provided a strong foundation in office operations, administrative procedures, business management, and organizational support, which directly supports my work in administrative and executive assistant roles.
In addition, I’ve completed short courses and certifications related to communication in the workplace, basic web design, business analytics (SAP), and professional skills development, which strengthened my practical skills and adaptability in office and remote work environments.
