With over 20 years of leadership in both the automotive and cannabis sectors, I bring a proven track record of driving operational excellence, digital transformation, and cross-functional team success.

In my roles as General Manager and Chief Manufacturing Officer, I have led large-scale ERP implementations, optimized multi-site operations, created and executed upon new business value propositions and delivered award-winning results in HR, safety, productivity and supply chain performance.

As a people-focused leader and “blue-sky” thinker, I am committed to building collaborative cultures that foster innovation, quality, and productivity at all levels within the organization. I am equally comfortable in the boardroom, communicating proposals, insights and results to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

I have served as Vice Chair on the South Western Ontario board of Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters and as a current Board Member for the London Economic Development Corp., reflecting my ability to interface with boards, industry regulators, and business partners, supporting local manufacturing growth and economic impact.
