By documenting requirements in Business Requirement Documents using various elicitation techniques and business modeling tools to present solutions in an understandable format for design by the IT units for implementing, testing and deplorement.

I have masters degree in Business Administration from the University of The People, California. Also equipped with SAP trainings, Business Analysis , Scrum Master certification and Agile methodology
