- Spearheaded many successful fundraising events at Habitat for Humanity Halton Mississauga (HfHHM), such as the Annual Golf Classic at Lionhead Golf & Country Club in 2015. This event sold out (two months in advance) for the first time in the organization’s history and raised four times the amount raised at galas in previous years, totalling $100,000.
- Developed, alongside with the director of fund development, a successful case for support for Habitat for Humanity National and one for HfHHM. This document attracted several new donors by explaining how their investment would help break the cycle of poverty for individuals and families by making the dream of home ownership a reality. The work I accomplished with the team at HfHHM helped provide a safe home for 44 families in the Halton Region.
- Established, budgeted, and implemented an international marketing program to raise the company’s profile. Focused on communications, campaigns, digital marketing, and events that yielded leads to million-dollar sales, 74% new website visitors, and 18% newsletter open rate.

Habitat for Humanity Halton - Mississauga (HFHHM), 2010 to 2015
Spearheaded and implemented integrated strategic marketing plans for HFHHM. Managed projects for the expansion and promotion of the ReStore to increase brand awareness and messaging. Directed a team of 15 and liaised with marketing agencies.
• Raised the position of Habitat’s Burlington ReStore at a provincial level from #4 to #1 (2010-2013), and at a national level from #7 to #2 (2010-2014) through the implementation of strong marketing strategies.
• Helped 44 new Habitat partner families make the dream of home ownership a reality.
• Managed the development of marketing materials to increase ReStore salvage donations by 28% in 2013, attracting greater volunteer numbers and family applicants in Halton-Mississauga.
