I am currently working as a Claims Representative at Global Excel Management, specializing in handling insurance claims for international travelers. Alongside my insurance expertise, I bring strong QA and technical skills, including test automation with Selenium, Playwright, Pytest, and Robot Framework, cross-browser testing, defect tracking, and Agile workflow experience. My background in both insurance operations and software quality assurance allows me to combine analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving to improve processes, ensure compliance, and deliver reliable solutions.

I am a Claims Representative at Global Excel Management, managing insurance claims for international travelers. Previously, I worked as a QA Trainee at Guvi, where I developed and automated test cases, implemented Page Object Models, and conducted cross-browser testing. I also have experience as a Technical Support Specialist at Concentrix, reproducing and logging functional/UI issues, and as a Software Trainee at MM Technologies, performing functional testing, defect triage, and creating reusable test data to improve CI/CD workflows.
