2017-2018 : Customer Service Representative (CSR) • Managing the day-to-day operations of a teller. • Responsible for handling cash withdrawals, deposits and coin orders for local businesses. • Filing and answering phones, transferring calls to the appropriate departments. • Tracking of incoming and outgoing parcels, cash parcels and records.
