Anna Hanschke

I am a third-year student at the University of Ottawa in collaboration with Algonquin College working hard to earn my bachelor's in science of nursing. By attending university and studying the vast courses required to be a nurse, I have gained much knowledge such as critical thinking, problem-solving, hands-on learning, and responsibility. 

Throughout my time in the program, I’ve developed a strong foundation in nursing care, focusing on therapeutic communication, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration. I take pride in my ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families, ensuring they feel supported and informed during their healthcare journey.

I am passionate about continuing to grow as a nurse, to make a lasting difference in patient care. I’m currently seeking opportunities to expand my clinical experience further, and I’m excited to bring my skills, dedication, and compassion to new challenges in healthcare.
