I am a friendly, hardworking individual and a team player who's looking forward to the opportunity to be part of your team. I have over five years experience working in customer service, as well as experience working in a call centre environment. I also demonstrate proficiency in the retail and food service environment.   I am a creative person, passionate about visual art. 

As a customer service representative working as part of Canadian Tire Bank's call centre team, I have gained much experience assisting customers over the phone. I was responsible for answering their inquiries and updating customer profiles digitally. 

I am tech savvy, very comfortable with the use and navigation of a computer and other modern devices. You can depend on me, and I can use excellent communication skills to exceed your customer's expectations for customer service, I often received glowing reviews and feedback working for Canadian Tire Bank. 

For example, when I receive a call and a customer has a question or concern, I meet their inquiry with empathy. And I listen carefully to what they are saying and I acknowledge them. If I need to clarify what they are expressing, I'll rephrase what it is I've heard and ask follow-up questions. That way, the customer and I are on the same page. Then, once I understand what it is they are calling about, I direct them accordingly and assist them. Often this meant answering their question, explaining a credit card product, or discussing the details of a promotion. Sometimes, another department is where they need to go, such as when a caller reaches the customer service line and needs the Roadside Assistance department. I always do what I can to help, or find the right channel for their needs. 

As a part of your team, I will respond accordingly to incoming customer inquiries via email or live chat (related to product technical, sales and return inquiries). I have experience with returns having worked as a sales associate for Old Navy. 

Additionally, as a team member for over 5 years at Tim Hortons, I am very accustomed to a fast-paced environment, and I am skilled at multitasking. While working there, I assisted the drive through which has its own multi-tasking elements. Its multiple tasks are drink preparation, order-taking, and the exchange of payment at the drive-through window. It was necessary to balance and maintain these positions, especially to deliver quick service. During my time working as a team member there also required multi tasking in the form of being part of may roles. This meant I worked in the drive through station, as well as food preparation, and the cash register where we also made customer's drinks. It was my duty to demonstrate efficiency and accuracy among these responsibilities.

 I can provide technical support through Empowerment Technologies, and I look forward to the opportunity to enhance these skills. I also look forward to assisting your company with testing new products, as this will be an exciting new experience for me that I will meet with professionalism and enthusiasm.
