I was in the Customer Service aspect of employment with the now defunct “Glamour and Fashion” for over 20 years, and have learned exquisitely and in-depth regarding female apparel and shoes, and forged a decent amount of experience in Customer Service. I also have additional call centre experience in dealing with Customers and their fleet-vehicles for Dominion Automobile Association, such as towing, battery boosts, tire changes, emergency gas deliveries and winching out of ditches and mud, etc. And I updated, modified and spoke on offer the various Membership packages for Canadian Automobile Association members under Bill Gosling Outsourcing.
