About Anuradha Vadapalli:

My name is Anu Vadapalli. I am looking for an opportunity as a data entry clerk (Entry level position). I completed my Diploma in Administrative assistant from ICS Canada. However, I am interested to be a data entry clerk with some administrative duties (remote/Contract/Temporary position to gain some experience. I hope my profile and qualification suits the job posted as Data Entry Clerk.

  • Master of Arts from Osmania University.
  • Early Childcare Assistant Diploma from Evergreen College, Toronto, Canada.
  • Administrative Assistant Diploma from ICS Canada, Penn foster of continuing education. Professionally trained with Instructor-led course.
  • Accomplishments of project works: -
  • Ms. Word: - Formatting and Mail merging. 

For example, Formatting tables and merging emails and letters.

  • Ms.-Excel: - Creating charts and tables. Such as entering data into Spreadsheets, formatting clustered charts, pie charts and line charts, pivot tables, and functions.
  • Ms. PowerPoint: - Preparing and creating slide presentations. For instance, Slide transitions, animations, and effects.
  • Computer Applications: - Submitting three files for this project.  For Example, Memos and letters.
  • Ms. Outlook: - for drafting meeting minutes and sending official communication both internal and external. Moreover, Schedule meetings using team applications for online appointments.
  • Written communications: - Assignment on both verbal and written communication. Furthermore, creating drafts, circulars, memos, and brochures.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 CERTIFICATIONS: -

  • Completion of Typing speed with approximately 40 words per minute.
  • Doing certifications in MS-outlook online with instructor-led courses.
  • Upgrading skills by doing certifications online.

 

 

Education

Recently got a Diploma in Administrative Assistant. Looking for an entry-level position/Remote/virtual Assistant opportunity as a trainee or part-time Data entry clerk with administrative responsibilities.

To gain some professional work experience and handle different job responsibilities. Very much interested in working in the Data entry field with good typing skills.

Very detailed oriented in entering data and rectifying errors, if needed.

Good typing speed and attention to detail and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
