● Developed a pivotal event-oriented system (Sentinel) that efficiently processes 100K events daily from 700+ clients. Architected an event-driven workflow using RabbitMQ as the event router, a Python service as the event filter, and 30+ event handlers. Overhauled the deployment process by transforming the monolithic application into scalable microservices, reducing deployment time by 90%, reduced execution time by 70% for certain handlers. Eliminated 98% of pre-existing defects, ensuring system reliability, robustness and refined performance.

● Revamped the monolithic JobSystem by implementing a client-service architecture, supported by highly available, scalable services. Usage of MongoDB database eliminated insertion race conditions and enabled 10k simultaneous insertions across 50 clients. Subsequently, optimized both the application layer and the disk persistence layer, achieving a 3x improvement in disk I/O operations. Additionally, developed a smart yet lightweight client with true asynchronous client-side processing
using python asyncio. Overall, provided enhanced performance, faster client, reliable system.

● Initiated the modernization of the legacy Asset Management System (Organic 2030), unifying databases to eliminate data duplication and establish a single source of truth across systems. Standardized APIs for consistency, optimized query performance, and ensured future-proof scalability. In future, going to seamlessly integrate Sentinel, JobSystem, Organic 2030, and other key systems to create a unified supersystem for enhanced interoperability, efficiency, fault tolerance and consistency.

● Heading a cross-functional team of five engineers to deliver quality frontend, backend, services and database solutions. Mentored two engineers to master backend skills within a month of their joining. With high Emotional Intelligence, fostered a culture of ownership, trust, feedback and appreciation in the team which aided the team to accomplish 95% task completion rate.

● Designed a 12-months development road-map to define the project’s objectives and timeline. Conducted biweekly planning and review meetings with 4 stakeholders.
