Supports for Windows 10 OS and peripherals.
Providing Hardware & Software Desktop Support (Remote and onsites)
Managing Active Directory, Group policy And Microsoft exchange.
User Support for RDS and Citrix Environment. Configuring of all network devices. Maintaining and verifying all Server Backups.
Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, software, and hardware and computer peripherals.
Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups and installing Vendor Application.
Create templets for user profile and reimaging the computer through SCCM.
