  • Experience in providing network support which may include trouble shooting on WAN/LAN, Wireless Solutions and VPN Configurations
  • Experience in Azure Active Directory, AD, Windows Admin and IAM
  • Replace outdated or nonfunctional hardware throughout organization.
  • Resolve system securityissues.
  • Hand on experience on firewalls( SonicWALL and Palo Alto)
  • Troubleshoot software hardware and network issues.
  • Used ticketing systems (ServiceNow, BMC Helix and Salesforce) to    track and solve user issues.
  • Be service-oriented and customer-focused and highly-organized
