I’m a friendly and reliable person who enjoys working with people and creating positive experiences for guests. I’m highly motivated, learn quickly, and stay calm in fast-paced environments. I take pride in being professional, punctual, and a strong team player. I’m excited to grow my skills in the hospitality industry and contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

I have experience working in a fast-paced café as both a barista and line cook, where I interacted directly with customers while also supporting kitchen operations. I developed strong communication skills, learned to work efficiently under pressure, and gained experience in teamwork and time management. I enjoy working with people and creating a positive experience for guests.

I completed five semesters of post-secondary psychology studies at the University of Victoria. As an honours student and valedictorian, I developed strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills. I also received hands-on training in a café environment, learning food preparation, customer service, and cash handling. This combination of education and practical experience has helped me become organized, responsible, and people-focused.
