As I was working with  Amazon. I was dealing with customer returns means can handle multiple tasks daily. I use a creative approach to problem-solving. I am a dependable person who is great at time management I am always energetic and eager to learn new skills and have experience working as part of a team and individually. 

Recently worked with Amazon. I was in customer return processing and sortation of products. I worked as a customer services representative with a (third-party company for Rogers). During my school time worked in a gas station and completed my internship with wired nation. I used to troubleshoot computers and laptops. 

I completed my studies in 2017. The course I pursue it is related to hardware and the course name is Information and technology professional, Lambton College, Sarnia Ontario
