Hello! I'm Arnald,  a Human Resources manager with a deep specialization in the psychology of candidate selection processes. Over the course of my career, I've gained valuable experience working in recruitment agencies as well as serving as the head of HR in three different companies.

My journey into the world of HR began with a strong foundation in psychology. I pursued a degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, which provided me with a solid understanding of human behavior in the workplace. This educational background laid the groundwork for my future career in talent acquisition and management.

My first professional role was with a reputable recruitment agency, where I had the opportunity to work closely with various clients across different industries.
