Over 10 years of experience in the music industry spread across venue management, stage performance, and restaurant management. Led 40+ servers, bartenders, cooks, and event staff at iconic smokehouse and music venue. Managed supplier relationships, event execution, bookings, and stage management for owned and partner-led events, inventory control, staff scheduling, and corporate reporting. Implemented new draft system to significantly reduce waste, revamped inventory system to increase revenue on dead stock, and introduced new cleaning SOPs, which resulted in winning AGLC’s 2022 Best Bar None Award.
