Over three years of experience in critical facilities management, including troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance on UPS, generators, and life safety systems. Demonstrated ability to adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) code of ethics, regulations, and best practices. Registered member of the Uptime Institute, with a master’s thesis focused on business continuity and disaster recovery vulnerabilities in modern data centers. Seeking entry level position to leverage technical expertise and commitment to excellence 

I hold a Master's degree and a BSc in Business Information Technology from Greenwich University, UK. My academic background has provided me with a deep understanding of business continuity, disaster recovery, and IT management, further complementing my hands-on experience in IT support.
