My name is Arturas Narvydas, I am an architect from Lithuania - currently I am in Vancouver and I am holding a working holiday visa to work in Canada .

I have more than 6 years experience in the field of architecture and worked on more than 10 actual projects that have been or are about to be built. I am skilled in working with both single-family homes and large multi-family as well as mixed use projects. I have been working with a large practice based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mostly my duties were working with technical drawings using BIM based modeling with Revit (creating Revit families, working with schedules, model links etc.) and assisting project managers with various duties involving project documentation, meeting with the clients, etc. My focus was on hotel and residential projects in the US West Coast, California, Nevada and Arizona. Working with world leading hotel brands, e.g. Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt. I am familiar with IBC and CBC requirements because much of our projects were in California.

I also worked at various architectural offices in Lithuania, my last job was at an award-winning office. My duties include working on multipurpose mixed-use developments including commercial, residential, office and other. Starting from conceptual design and finishing with Construction Documentation. I also worked on various competitions working on both interior and exterior design development. In general, I’m fluent in both English and French writing and speaking. I have more than 5 year professional experience in the field of architecture both interior and exterior - worked on varicose scale projects ranging from single family to multifamily homes to large scale complex projects like hotels and mixed use developments. Worked on budget scale as well as luxurious projects in Europe, USA and South of France.

I have masters degree in architecture studied 6 years, also hold bachelors degree in finance 3 years of studies.
