• Coordinating with fabricators, engineers and architects to meet project requirements. Manage RFIs and Change Orders.
• Managing and scheduling shop drawing submissions and requests for information (RFI’s). Liaise with clients, sub trades and suppliers for scheduling, coordination and pricing 
• Ensuring that there is full understanding of the scope and of what the expectations are of teams and individuals involved in the project. 
• Monitoring the project schedule and assists in anticipating problems. Proactively notifies the Project Manager of any matters that may result in a change in the overall project schedule.
• Investigating potential high-risk situations, provide solutions to the best interest of the project and company. 
• Proactively communicated schedule changes to all stakeholders and ensured project deadlines were met through effective monitoring and follow-up
• Manage and coordinate the metadata and the process of storage for documents into the EDMS system by all internal and external parties.
• Preparing drawing packages and issues to the client per scheduled delivery dates. Work directly with operations director to ensure client satisfaction. Determine project roles, responsibilities, and deadlines for each team member. Identifies business development opportunities in new projects
