I am a higher education professional with over 13 years of experience leading innovative teaching and learning initiatives across postsecondary institutions. Most recently, I served as the Educational Development Specialist in the Faculty of Science at York University, where I provided strategic leadership in curriculum renewal, pedagogical innovation, and inclusive education. I was the sole educational consultant in the faculty, supporting five departments through curriculum redesign, accreditation, and new program development.

I hold a Doctorate in Mathematics Education from Columbia University, with a focus on adult learning, instructional design, and curriculum theory. My work is grounded in educational research and equity-focused practice, and I have led numerous institutional projects, including multi-stakeholder collaborations and grant-funded initiatives aimed at transforming science education for marginalized learners.
