Project Manager Oil & Gas Projects

Currently, I am working with Polish Oil and Gas Company as a Chief Project Engineer. Here we have wellhead facilities, gathering stations and gas processing facility, and sales gas pipeline network 
My main role is to ensure that the projects are initiated and delivered in alignment with the company and JV's strategic planning, operational requirements, and surface development plans. 
I am accountable for the implementation of all the processes from creating project charters, planning, monitoring, and control of execution and closing during each phase of the project life cycle. I independently demonstrate project engineering in an EPIC environment as a client representative.  

Engineering – from concept selection to detail engineering
Procurement of Engineered equipment, bulk material, and specialty items after AFE approval
Construction including shop and field fabrication
Installation, box up, hook up, and termination of vessels and tanks. 
Commissioning and start-up by ensuring all the commissioning and operational spares are available.

I am responsible for the monthly stewardship presentation to JV's for the performance of ongoing projects.
