Throughout my career as an IT Support Specialist at Global Trade and Distribution Inc., I have consistently demonstrated my result-oriented approach, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. I have leveraged my analytical mindset to develop a small-scale database system using PostgreSQL and Python, streamlining the storage and management of product information, pricing data, and automating price calculations. This initiative resulted in enhanced productivity and accuracy within the organization.

Furthermore, I have provided technical support to colleagues by troubleshooting and resolving various software, hardware, and network connectivity issues promptly and efficiently. By conducting regular monitoring and performance analysis, I ensured optimal functionality of workstations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary upgrades.
