My name is Atharva Belpande, and I am a professional mixologist and bar manager with over 8 years of industry experience. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in crafting innovative cocktails, managing bar operations, and creating exceptional guest experiences. I have over 4 years of experience as an advanced bartending instructor in India and , which helped me refine my skills and deepen my passion for the craft. My journey led me to a role as Bar Supervisor at Bolete, a fine dining restaurant in St. Catherine, where I’ve been for the past two years. Additionally, I serve as a Senior Mixologist with the Niagara Parks Commission at Niagara Falls, further expanding my expertise in high-profile hospitality settings. Now, I feel it’s the right time to take the next step in my career, showcasing my leadership skills and continuing to grow professionally. To further develop my bar skills and deepen my knowledge of beer, I pursued a Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management program at Niagara College, Canada. Alongside this, I hold a diploma in Advanced Bartending and Mixology, as well as a Level 2 certification in Wines and Spirits from the prestigious Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) in London. I have also done my bachelor’s degree in hotel management and catering technology back in India. These diverse educational experiences have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of both craft brewing and mixology, enabling me to offer a unique blend of expertise.
