Experience

My marketing and communications skills have been developed at a local level, within large enterprises and with global ad agencies.  Most recently,  I have  been accountable for generating demand at a local level and for online brands such as Pollocks Home Hardware, a Barbecue e-comm site, Mainstream Leasing - a commercial leasing broker and for other small business owners.

As a curious, problem-solver, who is resourceful and responsive to change,  I enjoy learning, leading and contributing to cross-functional teams in the development of omnichannel marketing campaigns.

Education

  • Proficient in using content creation tools and systems such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Wordpress, Woo-Commerce, Webflow, Mailchimp, SharpSpring, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Google Drive Apps, Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Suite - PowerPoint, Adobe Connect.  Adaptable and a fast learner of email, CRM and ad systems.  
  • Invested and onboarded with SharpSpring (now Constant Contact) an end-to-end marketing automation system for small to medium size organizations with a built-in CRM, email distribution and analytics dashboard.
  • Built awareness of a secure, enterprise, online web-conferencing and training tool - Adobe Connect in Canada, the Caribbean and for financial institutions
