Experience

(From Leasing Associate to Site Administrator) 
 

• Assist in managing all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations.  
 

• Collect rent, maintain accurate records, and prepare financial reports.  
 

• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, complaints, and emergencies.  
 

• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.  
 

• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including unit turnovers and inspections.  
 

• Enforce building rules and regulations; issue notices and follow up on lease violations.  
 

• Liaise with contractors and vendors for repairs, cleaning, landscaping, and other services.  
 

• Maintain organized documentation of leases, contracts, and resident files.  
 

• Support marketing efforts and show available units to prospective tenants.  

Education
