About Austin Cappa:

Hello, my name is Austin Cappa and I am looking to pursue an internship in my chosen future career path of accounting. I am currently studying accounting at Niagara College in Niagara on the Lake. I am currently in my final semester of my two year diploma. After graduation from Niagara College, I am looking to pursue my bachelor degree in accounting from either Sheridan College or Brock University. Post-graduation I am looking to pursue my certification as a CPA. I believe that an internship with Niagara Parks would be a major stepping stone towards that goal. I have previously worked in accounting for Performance Auto Group and I learned a lot from at experience. Niagara would provide many unique experiences I would not be able to gain from education alone or from previous work experience. I would like to thank you for your consideration. 

Experience

I have one year of relevant accounting experience with Performance Auto Group from May 2021 to July 2022. I also have one year of management experience working with a large staff at music festivals focused on bartending. 

Education

I am currently enrolled in the Diploma - Business - Accounting program at Niagara College.
