Experience

I've over 3 years of experience in telecommunication industry where I performed on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex network problems for a variety of clients, and recommend and implement corrective hardware and software solutions, including off-site repair. I have also worked with different vendors and carriers during problem analysis/resolution as required.

Education

In my 2 year diploma(Computer System Technician and software engineering) from sheridan college (2016-2018), I have a strong knowledge of Linux, Networking, Relational Databases and programming languages such as Java, C and c#. I have maintained 3.77 overall GPA.

Recently, I got my CCNA (200-301) certification from Cisco.
