I have 17 years of banking experience both in financial, administrative and customer service unit. I learn fast and adapt quickly to constant changing scenarios. I have been able to learn great customer skills over the years, active listening, postive attitude and proactive communication.
Experience
I started my banking career as a Transaction officer II in 2005 with Zenith bank Plc in Nigeria. My major functions were to attend and resolve customer enquires & complaints, withdrawals and deposits. Over the years of hardwork, skills learnt and experience, I became the Head of Operations of the bracnch i was assigned to.

I hold Higher National Diploma in Accountancy - Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria.
